Please try to contact us at least two weeks before your event if possible. The more time that you give us, the better chance we’ll have of securing the staff that you’ll need.
Yes, we can. Once we have received a signed contract, we’ll be happy to design a personalized bar inventory for you if one is needed. We can inform you of what you’ll need to purchase for your upcoming event based on the number of guests you’re expecting, hours of service, and what drinks you’d like to offer.
Our company does not provide the beverages. However we do know of a great beverage delivery service in town that can deliver all of the beverages including the beer, wine, liquor, juices, sodas, and water as well as other important items such as ice, bar fruit, ice tubs, beverage napkins, & plastic cups. If you are interested in this service, please let us know when you contact us and we’ll be happy to supply you with some more information.
We do not supply the bar. However, if you don’t already have a table that can be utilized as a bar and need to rent one, then we can definitely recommend a couple of great party rental companies in town that can deliver one right to your event. In addition to the bar, they also have everything else you may need for your event including cocktail tables, serving trays, glassware, plates, silverware, ice buckets, plastic cups and plates, garbage cans, outdoor heaters and much more.
Our bartenders are responsible for bringing a professional bar kit which consists of martini shakers and strainers, liquor pourers, an ice scoop, wine key, bottle opener, muddler, bar towels, as well as a small cutting board and knife.
Charges can vary due to the date of the event, location, etc. So please give us a call or send us an e-mail and someone in the office will be happy to tell you more about the current pricing for our event staff.
The standard attire for our event staff throughout the year is black dress pants, a long sleeve black dress shirt, and black shoes. If you’re hosting a backyard bbq or pool party in the summer, then of course we’ll have additional attire options for you to choose from. And in general, if you do have any specific requests regarding staff attire, please bring that to our attention at the time of your booking and we will try to accommodate.
In regard to our smaller events where you will need 5 event staff or less, tips and gratuities are separate and not included. If giving a gratuity to the staff at these events, you could do so by tipping them directly, at the event or by adding a gratuity to the final invoice. As for our larger events where you will need 6 event staff or more, there will be an automatic 18% gratuity added to the final invoice.
